Kishi Haruka / Luca
Licensed Immigration Consultant (行政書士) · Tokyo
Hi, I'm Haruka — you can call me Luca.
I love travel, the ocean, and outer space. I've explored countless places across Japan and abroad — with a particular soft spot for remote islands — and I enjoy diving wherever I go. I also regularly visit JAXA, NASA facilities, observatories, and space events around the world. These experiences have brought me into contact with people from all kinds of cultures and walks of life.
Growing up, I was a total anime nerd. One anime changed the course of my life: ef - a tale of memories. The breathtaking European cityscapes made me fall in love with Europe at 13, and it became one of the reasons I went to study in Malta after university. From there, I traveled across Europe — and those experiences shaped who I am today.
After returning to Japan, I joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Police as an officer. On the front lines, I saw firsthand how many people struggle with anxiety and isolation. And I kept hearing from my foreign friends: "Living in Japan is so hard. The paperwork, the language, the system — it's overwhelming."
I wanted to be someone who could help bridge that gap — between Japan and the world, between the present and the future. That's why I opened this office.
